The National Testing Agency (NTA), the organization responsible for conducting one of India’s most challenging entrance exams, has delighted students nationwide by releasing the results for JEE Main 2025 Session 1 earlier than expected. Aspiring engineers who sat for the exam between January 22 and 30 can now access their scores online at the official portals—jeemain.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in.
Checking your results is straightforward. Candidates are required to use their application number, date of birth, and a captcha code to log onto the site. Remember the night before a major release when anticipation buzzes through the air? That was the vibe on the eve of February 12, as students eagerly awaited confirmation of their hard work.
Understanding the Exam Dynamics
The JEE Main, renowned for being rigorous, saw a mix of moderate to challenging questions this year. Those tackling Chemistry found it refreshingly accessible, while Mathematics required deep determination and calculation skills. Physics lay somewhere in the middle, maintaining a balanced level of challenge.

- General: 91-95
- OBC-NCL: 77-83
- SC: 58-65
- ST: 44-50
Interestingly, these figures slightly exceed last year’s numbers where the cut-off for General category hovered between 87.9 and 93.23. This shift might signal a more competitive edge in this year's batch.
